2004 srt 4 into 2000 neon?

anyone know how or what i would need to install a 2004 srt 4 radio in my 2000 neon?

A pigtail from prolly an '03? up neon, (or at least the same year as the radio) and a wire pin out from '00 and the year that the radio is from, so it can be wired to the '00 harness.

Unless someone sells an adapter. (Prolly not. AFAIK those are only available for aftermaket)

You could always remove the female connector from the '00 radio and make an adapter, but some desoldering skills and patience would be needed.

Dodge sells an adapter harness. IIRC its like $18-22

you are going to need a 02 to 05 radio pigtail from a neon.
