Alram system

What is a good aftermaket alarm? Brand?
I need power door locks, maybe something that controlls power windows, motion sensor, possibly remote start, and something that will go off if they break a window? any ideas, what are you guys running?

I have used and installed Viper units for 13+ years. I love them and will use no other. I have installed/have used audiovox/prestige code alarm etc etc and they dont cut it for me. Had too many complaints from customers.

Where u from and what you lookin to do to your car??

I've used a python (rebranded viper) for about 4 years. Not a problem. I installed it on my neon myself. The people who had installed it in my protege before had just wrapped wires together and taped them

I livve in washington, i went to best buy and they have viper alarm systems. Do you think that I could install it myself? or should I get profesional help? I can install sound systems and stereos and other electrical components.

No I need an alarm that possibly controlls power windows, I have seen it before on other cars. With a touch of a button all the windows come down, make sense?

I had a Viper alarm and hated it. Had a Clifford in the Ram and loved it, and in the SRT and soon to be the Neon I have Prestige systems with no complaints. It's all a matter of preference and what you're willing to spend on it.

Just to let you know Clifford and Viper are mad by the same exact company DEI!! LOL

I think the idiots who installed your Viper hacked it up and couldnt fix it. Thats why they are out of business now LOL!!

It's quite possible but the same company installed the Clifford in the Ram which worked fine until my brother got ahold of it

Thats weird???

I cant put Audiovox/Prestige down totally. They do make an affordable system and if installed correctly they are ok. I will say they do make a couple of nicer HIGH END units.
