DIY Cruise Control not working

So I have been trying to get cruise control in my car for a month or so now but this past weekend I go lucky at the junk yard and got the last pieces I thought I needed...
I got the switches, clock spring, clock spring harness, vacuum box, servo, and steering wheel bezel.
I put all of these parts into the car and the brake, clutch pedal, and even the plug for the servo were already in my car so I :quotes: *thought* my car was pre-wired... When I hit the on/off button on the steering wheel the cruise light doesn't come on
The only wires I ran were from the clock spring to ground and the red/lite green wire also from the clock spring to the PCM.
Any ideas? atm i am :banghead:

Feel free to move this if its not in the right place :P

my '01 needed 1 wire from the underdash connector to the column. I had to splice it in, to make it work. You basically need to check that all the wires are there, and hope the servo/clockspring is good.

Did you center the clockspring when installing it? If not, it might be trashed.

Yeah I made sure that when I was taking it off of the car at the yard that it was centered then same thing putting it back on on my car (used a wire through the hole). The horn works and no airbag light so i would assume it is good. I think I have come up with a way to test it. These buttons should be resistance based if i am not mistaken so, I could check the resistance on the wires for the CC at the clock spring to see if they are reading anything?

I will eventually get around to checking the PCM to see if I have all of the wires, probably not till next wednesday :(

Got it working!!!! :laughing3:

Turns out I have color dyslexia... I attached the green/red wire to the red/green wire. Thankfully it doesn't look like I broke anything.
