Power Options questions

I now have everything needed to possibly convert my car to power options.
Door panels ( with chrome handles
)
Dash harness (02)
Body Harness (03)
Door harnesses (03)
All 4 latches and the power trunk latch
Regulators, switches.. etc
I have two different connectors for the passenger power mirror.
The harness is an 03 and has 3 wires, a yellow with white stripe, dark blue with white stripe and a plain yellow wire. Unfortuneatly the mirror that I got off a 2000 has a different connector which is grey unlike the other which is white, the order is: (1) black, (2)blue, white stripe, (3) black, (4) empty (5) white, black stripe, (6) yellow, black stripe, (7) empty
The question is, which wires do I splice together, to get everything working properly?
The other issue I think I may have is the sentry immobilizer.
The harness I got Has the keyless entry module with it (rke) is the sentry module located within the rke or is it seperate?
Basically I need to find out, when I put everything in my car in a couple weeks, will my standard key (non chipped) even start the car with this new harness and possibly the, sentry option if it has is?
I know that I have to bring the car to the dealer ship to program the remotes, but will anything need to be programmed ahead of time?
