ram overhead console

Anyone ever thought about putting one in a neon? It has the temp and all sorts of kick ass info like distance til empty and what not. Think it would work?

Lol I'm planning on doing a grand cherokee evic. Probably similar to the ram one. I have the pinouts but it's going to be quite a task. Ive had the actual evic for over a year now

I came up with these idea probably early last year and only ever told Matt about it because I wanted to be the first to do it then once I realized all the wiring that's going to be involved to make all the functions work I put it off for a while.

I agree, I'm going to the junkyard tomorrow to find a console and some other items. Ill be looking for a pinout and some information by the afternoon

ahh well this is true which year trucks have a roof console that works because ive thought about doing this but was not 100% on it.

none really... you just have to find one that is the right color and looks like it's close to fitting. As for wiring it up correctly to get all the features to work... good luck. It's going to be a PITA which is why I've put the project on hold. Mine is from a Grand Cherokee.

Some friends of my successfully installed a Chevy Astrovan center console into their Nissan Sentra. It's probably the coolest mod i've seen
