RBQ Adapters

Post by 2k1MotorSport » Mon Mar 21, 2011 6:12 pm

Now the RBQ (for me) is one of the hardest radios to find a zune adapter for. Everything i see is not compatible. I currently have an adapter installed and it works with the stock radio but when i plug in the zune adapter into the RBQ i get nothing. Is there a specific reason the RBQ doesn't work with zune adapters?

BTW... The RBQ is the factory head unit that has a built in 6 disc in dash.

That is odd :-k

What kind of adaptor are you using?
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Not this one... This is the one that i could find quickly. And this one doesn't work either. I will look for the one that I use. ( http://cgi.ebay.com/PIE-CHRY02-AUX-Chry ... 20b79429fe )

EDIT:

This is that same one that i have right now. ( http://www.logjamelectronics.com/soundcrznaux2.html )

This is the kit I use. I have had no problems with it being used on the RB1 (which many interfaces say aren't compatable along with the RBQ).

well the funny thing is when i had my RB4 i was able to use the adapter with no problem but there is something about the RBQ that it doesn't like the adapter.

If only you were closer. i would have you swap the RBQ in your car to check if it would work for you. I may have to give it another shot even though i know the out come.
