Go in through the OBD diagnostic port and see what the pcm is seeing.
Is the pcm fielding the alternator correctly?
You should be anywhere from 13.5-14.5 volts...

if for certain your alternator is good an area which i had trouble with is the wire that's on the main large starter lug, it is how the battery gets charged from the alternator, mine was tight, none the less once i took it off and retighened it bang that was where the problem was, don't try it yourself unless you are good with a wrench.

My battery light would come on and off for a little while. One day I looked at it and discovered that the battery terminal was not connected to the wire. The wire was severed, but it was wedged in a way that it was connected. That explained why every once and a while the light came on and then went off. Simple fix but yours could be a similar issue.

If the wiring checks out good, the AIT sensor/wiring may be bad. Like said, pull the OBD codes, (Key on three times), and see what codes come up. If the IAT sensor is bad, when the light is on, it will read a constant 13.5 volts, give or take. You should also get a CEL with the IAT sensor circuit open, but not sure if it is just out of range.
