Remote keyless entry help please.

Can someone please tell me if I get this will it work for my 01?

If the link doesn't work it is a keyless entry module from an 05 with the fob included. So basically will an 05 module work in an 01? Thanks for any help.

If all you are looking for is the remote you could go with an aftermarket alarm. That is what I did with my 1gn.

Not sure if the RKE was actually different between the '00 to '05's No real reason for them to be.

If your '01 has RKE, it may work. But if you do not have RKE, you may not have the wiring in the doors and under the dash. Pretty sure there won't be wiring in the doors. My base '01 has none.

Thanks man, I do have an RKE in the dash, but the girl I bought the car from said she "lost" both of the key fobs. So I was looking for a cheap fix lol. Thanks again for your help guys.
