No dash/tail lights. Already changed MFS+connector

Back Story (skip if short on interest):
Saw the dash lights went out the other day. Checked the tails as they're usually on the same circuit, and sure enough they were out. Brake lights are fine though. Figured it was a blown fuse as I was pulling a trailer with a bad light, but all the fuses were good.

Google search turns up the MFS plug problems. The fog lights always came on with the headlights ever since I got the car so I figured that might be the problem. Got a new plug and MFS. Dash/tails still don't work, but at least I can turn on the headlights without the fogs.

From a post on here I saw that pin 20 is the power to the tail lights. Put a meter on it and nothing. Used a paper clip to jump pin 11 to pin 20 and the dash and tail lights come on.

Problem:
So the problem is no power in the pink/red wire TO the MFS connector pin 20.

Any other common failure points to look for? Or am I stuck tracing it all the way back?
