front door wiring harness

i was wondering how to removal the wiring harness from inside the door, tried reaching in the door to unplug it, no luck on in the door, can someone help and lead m e the right way

The door wiring connector is under the dash in the A pillar. You may need to get at it from both outside, and inside. I do know the 1gn's are a PITA to get to.
