Welcome to the forum!

Hmmm, ACR's shouldn't have SKIM from what I have been told. Was the light just a round indicator?

Check the ASD relay, just swap it with the horn relay. Of course verfy the horn works first.

Did you check the fuses with a test light, or just a visual?

Yes it was a round indicator light I switched the relays already and test lighted all fuses under hood and interior

Have you checked the ground by the driver side headlamp? Well all the grounds actually. The head lamp ground is the one for the PCM. If it is not making contact, it cannot ground any of the relays.

What leads your friend to say that the pcm is bad?
Check and eliminate all other possibilities first before condemning the pcm. The pcm has no moving parts, it is more likely that you have a wiring problem or a problem in the SKIS. The ring antennae has been known to break. The transponder chip in the key may have gone bad. Is that the only key you have for the car? If you do have another gray key, get the system reset, and try the second key.
Any 'P' codes that relate to the SKIS?

You can reset the system by attaching a battery charger to the terminals, and leaving the key on for an hour or so. If you have another key, try it with that one.

If the PCM happened to be bad, an '02 R/T PCM will also have the same programming, but you would either have to have the SKIM disabled by sending it to Syked, or you could use a non SKIM '01/'02 MTX pcm if you remove the antenna from the column.

An '01 R/T or ACR PCM will also work, but you may lose some power. Not as much as using the standard PCM, but the '02 magnum PCM is the most aggressive for the factory pre 2003 units.

Just hope it is not the PCM.
