I'm bumping this how-to because it gave me the inspiration to do this project myself and I just finally saw it through to the end. Thanks for the guidance Wiggy!

Sorry to say, probably not. The OP hasn't been around for quite some time.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

The pics were a good reference but I modified his steps when doing this myself. After seeing the original one (superdan bought it) it was far from perfect. you'd be better served spending the money on Fusor and quality filler or you will have problems down the line.

haha hell it was so long ago now that I did it that I don't remember all the specifics. I do know if I did it again I'd use Fusor (takes a special caulking gun) and do it "right" or just buy the CBD CF or fiberglass one and paint it. They weren't available when I started this project and fitment wan't good when they first came out I think they've since fixed that though. Also, make sure you chop the ends of the spoiler off and blend it into the trunk lid... Wiggy didn't do this but it makes it SOO much cleaner since it just meets the quarter panel body line like it should instead of being raised up.

If you do it just take your time and do lots of research and be meticulous. I've never done any body work in my life before this and it turned out pretty damn good. I spent a long time working on it though. Search around I posted progress pics. I think if you go to page 1 of my progress log the first post has a link to the trunk lid progress
