thanks grambo! im still very pleased with the outcome. im pissed tho cuz these effin CA roads have already kicked up the rocks to produce 2 chips in em, each about 1/4" (pretty big for a damn rock chip). but its only visible from point blank, and i plan on using touch up to fix em soon. Ima wait for the paint to FULLY cure before wasting time fixin them just to have to do it again. I guess new paint is much more vulnerable to chips, even tho i took my time and let em dry over 24 hours before putting them on, and another 15+ hours after that w/o driving the car. anyways blah blah... :)

nah this is what the guy from andys said, i highly doubt a dealership wouldnt have it on hand, or at least be able to order it.

:withstupid: I agree. I'm new to the board and so I just now got to read this how-to. I'm planning on painting mine during the Christmas break so the original pics would be super helpful if you still happen to have them.

Cheers!

Sorry guys I no longer have those old pictures. I accidentally deleted a bunch of them on my photobucket years ago, and two HT threads were ruined because of it. However, I plan on redoing my inserts come springtime, so I'll see about taking some new shots if I do. :)

Yeah they have little spring tabs built in, have to release the tab with a flathead from the back. I don't know too much about which grit is ideal, I used 1000 IIRC.
