How To: Headrest Removal

This was a request from a recent topic and nobody seemed to know the "correct"way to do it so here it is for all:

I know you only have two hands but thats how it goes. You have to pop it off the rest of the way with your wrists or chest...flex your thumbs up...Yoga and Pilates might help too!

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

I used to take those things off when i was 8 how can someone not be bale to figure that out?
