would universal rims fit my dodge neon....the guy im trying to buy them from said that he only had them on a 4 bolt car and he never tried them on a 5 .....do you think they will fit

our bolt pattern is 5x100, if that's one of patterns on those rims (which i doubt since they're 4 lug, the other bolt pattern is prolly 4 lug too) then they'll fit

nope they wont fit. universal 4 lug not five.
i have 5 lug universal 5x100/5x114.

what he said. those are "universal" only for 4 lug, and only two sizes. it's a misnomer really
