Those are SRT 4 rims they should fit with the size tires you have. As far as $150 I don't know, but if you want them and they are in excellent condition...

short answer is yes with that tire size they will fit.
I paid $200 for a set last month so I'd say $150 is a good deal

WHY
When you use large text or all caps it makes it seem like you are yelling if that makes sense.
Those rims should fit just fine with the tires you plan on using. You should't have any clearance problems.

However, you have to remember that technically 205/40 should not be used on a 6" wide wheel such as the SRT wheel.

Because the 205 40 17 has such thin sidewalls, it needs a wider rim to be in its proper and 'safe' form.....it is recmonded to be used with a 7"+ rim.....
confusing isn't it?
as for my own personal expreince with this. i have 205 40 17 mounted on 7.5" rims, and the ride quality is extremely bad! i really hate them, and will be going with bigger tires soon ....

Exactly. One tire rack there are all the specs about a specific tire, min/max rim width, etc. The 205/50 gets away with being on a 6" wide wheel because the sidewall has more flex. The 205/40 does not.

yeah, mine were mounted by tire rack and they paired-up the 205 40 tire with the 7.5 rim.....

In your opinion Racer, would it be better to use a 5mm spacer with longer studs as opposed to the smaller tire size?
Eventually I plan on doing it the right way and tossing some BC Coilovers on it. But I just bought new struts last fall so I don't feel like changing those again in the near future just to get the rims to fit.

My opinion is to get either:
A. the right size wheel
B. the right struts to make it work
I'm not one for half assing things, and spacers are half assing imo.
