Tires (have the oem tires)

Can I use 205/55/15 tires with no rubbing, On my 05 sxt neon?
Or go with 195/55/15...

2nd, if I'm reading this correctly it looks as if they will work fine

Both will EASILY fit without rubbing. I ran 205/55/15 for years, it's a great size. The tire will bulge quite a bit over the wheel lip though, here's an old pic of mine.
