wanted to keep the idea a secret.. but i'm torn.

Debating what color to do my Work Emotions in, as the powdercoat they came with could use a fresh coat.

Should I....




Keep them white?

Or....

Some kind of purple? (was thinking a medium to dark shade)

Or... something else? I need opinions. I love the white but I want something crazy! Maybe white with some flakes?
Teal? Aqua? Midnight blue? Gunmetal? durrpe. Post your idea.

And yes, the calipers and engine bay are going to be completely redone in the theme based on the wheels.

oh and no matte/flat colors, i want gloss.

Damn this really is a terribly hard decision! I can only imagine how hard it must be for YOU!

Not interested in bronze or gold?

I have to say, very few colors work well with blaze red. Green, purple, blue, none look too good when I picture them. How about flat pink!

I like gunmetal too. Kinda.

i thought about gold and bronze... but just didn't end up feeling it anymore. oh and it has to be gloss. forgot about that.

I think gold would look awesome. Yeah, it's way overdone, but it's also one of the only colors that work perfectly with your paint. I'm definitely feeling a change away from white though, either way.

Man, the white is stellar already and it is the rarest Work color available. However, if you can find the perfect shade of purple, like the one above, I say go for it.

The purple you've chopped looks pretty tits, IMO. Try and get something close to that. Makes me wanna get some knockoffs of some sort and do 'em up mad nasty.

Like almost, but not quite, Black Cherry would be hella sexy.

But if you certainly retain this confusion on what to do, you can always give the wheels to me. I'll gladly figure up something for myself.

I vote white. Red is a hard color to put any combo with, and since you want wild, that's going to be even harder to achieve.

I do not like that purple one bit.

Purple looks awesome. Do one side of the car white and one side purple.

I've you would do purple wheels and the theme would be red/purple I would say black as 3th color. The headlights and other exterior accents are already black.

Keeps it more clean in stead off mixing more colors into it.

For some reason, I'm not really digging the purple on red theme. I do like the purple wheels that TJ posted, but not on red.

I'd say keep them white.


OR, Although you didn't want gold, I'll post up a pic of my freshly painted gold rims to give you more reference. I think gold will look good on red. Not so much bronze though.

i like the aqua idea too, but the metal flake shit would look badass too
