okay i want some more tire on my wheels

i have srt-4 wheels with 205/45/17 on a 2004 neon sxt is there anything bigger that i could go with out getting anything new

On an SRT wheel a 205 is the safest bet it's only 6" wide.

But because of the aspect ratio you shouldn't run that size tire on a 6" wide wheel.
