RT vs LE Bolts

Got a set of RT alloys but am wondering if the bolts on the RT (2001) originally are longer than on a LE (2000) ?

On my LE they are about 2,5 cm (1 inch) - I thought the bolts were looking longer on the RT where we removed the wheels before.
a neon - what else ?
