Help finding this wheel

Post by Paralyzer » Fri Sep 28, 2012 12:18 am

Ok, so not really finding the exact wheel because I know what is is. But I need help from some of you guys that are good with rims to point out a model that is similar to these. This is the ones I want on my car, but I cant find anything close without them being a fortune. The model shown in the image is from the UK and I can't find anyone here in the states that carry them. Any help would be great!

I would like to find them in 16" and I am planning to run 205/50/16 tires. But 15" would work, and I would have to run a different tire size. I am tired of the rough ride on my 17" running 215/40/17. Plus I need to save on gas and my 17" wheels are heavy.

I have seen those before, they are a little steep in price for 16's. The design isnt really what I am looking for due to the spokes being "flat" to the edges.

I kinda like the enkei falcons, but being that small, I know wouldn't look right on the neon. I would rather have a wheel with spokes to the edges to give the "larger" looking wheel. Hard to explain, but that is the best I can think of. I am just looking for a more "stock" style wheel.

Close to a TSW Q5, but they are no longer made.

It's a unique style, might be hard to match.

Not sure about these

Since the car you posted is a Spanish VW, the bolt pattern, hub center, and back spacing are the same as the Neon. How about this...

Enkei GP5 16x7.5 $143 each on Tirerack

You can still run a 205 tire on them as well. I would go wider if it were me though.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

How about the calibre panik? It's definitely a European design so finding a wheel stateside that is close will be hard

Danteneon, I think that is the closest we can get. I do like those too.

Donkeypuncher, I have considered those, but really couldn't make my mind up.

Thanks everyone for your input. This will help me a lot.

yeah, this link has them cheaper over seas, but I don't want to order them from across the ocean. I have had bad experiences with doing that. And something this costly I don't want to risk loosing during shipping.
