I think the problem is the Neon doesn't have a real good body line that follows the car all the way to do a good two tone so it's really hard to pull it off :-?

there's gotta be some way of doing it right... i would rather not repaint the bottom half of the car and just do silver again...

jason, that IS the body line, lol

the line on the doors lines up eith the end of the fender, which lines up with the edge of the hoor/bumper, going back around, which lines up with the line between reverse light and tail light, which lines up with the line on the trunk...thats the body line

I messed with the pic a lil while. The only 2 I even came remotely close to liking were these:

The fact that you want to keep the front/rear bumpers silver is the hard part. Difficult to pull it all together if you only have the middle to work with

the bumpers will cost me another 4-500 to paint, so that's why i was hoping to keep them the Silver color, haha. But, if there's no way of doing it and keeping it looking good, I'll paint them without issue.

I kind of like those ideas, Jess, but they seem a bit too centered on the rear...

Thanks again!

Two tone is insanely hard to pull off AND look good at the same time....

Image

This just looks like crap.. seriously.. if I saw this car driving.. I'd laugh.... It's just goofy looking..

I don't like too many two tone cars.. it's gotta flow pretty good.. and that doesn't flow at all.

Dan/Crucial's car flows pretty darn good.... I wasn't a fan of it at first... but it looks great I think...

I think you should ditch the whole two tone idea.

That's just my opinion though.
