Can't seem to get this avatar to work?

hey guys, can't seem to get the size of this to work for my avatar, whats up with it? thanks - ryan

Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 100 pixels, the height no greater than 100 pixels, and the file size no more than 10 KB.

Width 170 px
Height 125 px

Its to big, Needs to be cropped down some to fit. Your size says 16.57 you need to shrink it to 100 to get it to work I would think.
save this one to your computer an try again. I think it will work.
Let me know when you have saved it so I can delet it from my acct. please.
