photoshop help

okay so i am decent with photoshop..but what i have never learned how to do is how do you guys put bodykits/tints/Eyelids/rims on cars. When i find a picture of the rims i want they are always to big or something.

oh yeah and the angle

cut pic of rim ... edit image size and make smaller till you get it right then use the tool on the left toolbar ( main tools ) and use forgot the name of it but alows you to sngle things.

and the fact that it does take a little time and talent to learn computer programs. You just have to use tutorials, look up how-to's, and play with it for awhile.
