Photoshop Request: Painted lip and/or crosshairs

Trying to decide where to go with this thing so Im looking to see what she looks like in a few different ways:

1) Just the bumper lip only, painted black
2) Crosshairs and lip painted black
3) The Dutch Neon way (with the crosshairs then tapering off into the bumper)

Thanks a lot and let me know if you need any different shots of the car.
