Help a computer illiterate man out please

I really want one of those cool sig's that people are using but I lack the resources and talent to make one. I am not a picky person and will take what is offered in help with great appreciation. I have submitted the following pictures to do with as you will. All I would want is my user name in the picture and everything else is up to you and your great talent. Thank you in advance.

That is one sweet sig man. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into it for me. Now that I have it, how do I add this to my sig?

You need to save it to your computer and then upload it to photobucket.com or some photo sharing site and then copy the IMG code and paste it in the signature section of your profile on here. If you need more help just let me know.
