Driving back hm speedo starts going up and down then goes to zero then back up then comes and goes as it feals like it any ideas?
All other gauges are working fine cheers.

The VSS might be going bad, or the drive gear on the differential might be coming off, if you have an MTX.
Hopefully it is just the sensor, or possibly a connector/wire issue.
It is likely between the sensor and PCM if it is wiring. The other gauges would be acting up if it was the PCI Bus wire from the PCM to the cluster.
