Looks like Miss Nature is going to drip all over it. Might want to get it a car condom.

http://www.accuweather.com/en/us/north- ... er/2211447

Meanwhile back in 1gn ville, my passenger side front wheel bearing began clanking it's balls, to compete with the exhaust drone. Too much distraction with the thoughts of Miss Nature's wetness, apparently.

Soooo, it looks like

I will not

be able to

not make it.

Lucky I have K body knuckles, and had the spare bearing removed from the spare knuckle and then the offending bearing removed and replaced in less than 45 minutes of leisurely paced effort.

Just try that with a neon bearing.

You will be there- that is all.

As for the weather, we've stood around outside and shot the **** in the mist before. I'm still cleaning my car though.

Well at least the car is quieter now. Even the weird noises I just attributed to the cheap AZ half shafts is gone.

I guess that bearing took 2 years and 20,000 miles to finally begin grinding. Mopar original quality. Not bad for a used bearing that sat out in the weather for ~13 years.

Now we'll see how long this used Timken lasts.... Hopefully longer than a box of Tim Bits in Gramp's possession.

This will probably be my last pizza for awhile- doctor's appointment yesterday and diabetes/cholesterol/blood pressure all not good. My doctor said that pizza is the worst food for diabetics; naturally, since it is my favorite. :banghead:

Thanks but I'm going to make this my farewell-to-more-than-once-every-few-months pizza.

Didn't get the car washed today- W-A-Y too much drama going on. I'll tell y'all about it tomorrow.

Somebody, or somebody's, need to bring their camera. I don't have access to any of my camera's.

That's a long story.

Someone bring a camera. I'll shoot with whatever and edit them!

I really had a good time today. Mike, please thank your daughter for the delicious cookies. Dj, I wish now that I had brought the leftover home with me- I'm hungry again. :tardbang:

Made it back last night about at 10:15ish. As always, a great time. Thanks again Mike and Family for the hospitality and food!

Yes, thanks, had a great time also. Made it home last night past 11pm. There was too much construction to begin with but they decided to leave only a single lane open in some sections so we ended up with stop and go traffic...

Meh, I took my time driving back so I didn't get home until about 1 a.m. I had a coupon for a free bowl of chili at Waffle House so I took a break and read the Sunday paper while I was there.

Thanks for the delicious pizza and cookies Mike!

Good times as always. I think we have the best mini-group. Drama free.

I got home around 7:30. It was a boring drive...

Looking forward to the next meet! I vote on something in December/January. The regular spring meet is just too far away!

Yeah, it was a pretty good day in that department. I had a Customer Survey receipt from White Castle (got three cheeseburgers on the way to MI) plus the free chili coupon from Waffle House on the way back. Plus, I had 35 cents off per gallon off at BP for my first fillup after I left home (premium for $3.01). :D
gtxtreme19 wrote:I want a bowl of chili

First time I've had chili there- it was pretty good (would have been $3 for the bowl normally).

That is quite a big of saving indeed. I stopped at McD on the way home. Definitely not even close to being as good as the pizza...

I do agree, definitely like drama-free.
