for the price its stainless, if you even replace the rear section with something higher quality or better sounding you still haven't spent too much money

Does your car come with a factory rear sway bar ??

Some folks have said they've had issues with fitment, on Neons with the rear sway bar -- Depending upon the 'kit' (or brand) that was used.
If you don't have a rear sway bar to interfere with fitment -- Then you don't have to worry about that.

Dynomax used to offer an excellent 2.5 exhaust for the Neons which cleared the rear sway bar, no problems.... But it has been discontinued. :( I don't know if any of the other kits can claim the same.

I bought the same exhaust, I had no fitment issues. The only problem is that the tip is absurdly big so i cut it off and welded a 3" rolled tip to make it look more discreet. it sounds really good compared to most of the exhaust clips you hear on youtube, especially with a short ram intake. At 4k it gets loud, like your car has vtec. no noticeable performance increase though

Sorry for the late response, no net. Will the stock tip mount up right on the body cutout or will i have to modify it? And im honestly not sure about the sway bar, ill have to look at it

I wouldn't be surprised, if you had to modify it.

If you install the exhaust yourself.... That could give you a bit of flexibility, with how you mount the muffler to match the cutout.
