Caravan changer w/ RCA Aux? Does it fit?
Anyone running this changer from a caravan in their neon? The tabs are further back so it looks like it would stick out more. Curious how that looks or if modifying the mounts are the only way it will work.
What did you need the RCA for? Just as an AUX port?

I can't find the pictures now, but it fits. Jared Sachs has one in his OB SRT-4 hooked up to an RB1 nav head unit.

I have a TERK unit now which works but this changer with the AUX ports looks much more clean and OEM to me. When possible I like to keep my car as clean as possible.titansxt wrote:What did you need the RCA for? Just as an AUX port?

Jared Sachs is his god given name. As far as I know he is not a user on here. He posted the pics on Facebook some time ago.

I had this setup in my car for a little while. I think I sold it to Jared at Carlisle a couple of years ago..
Let me know if you still need info. I had this paired with my rb1. Worked great but had a couple of annoyances. As far as fitment it needs to be modified. I cut the ears off and made my own..

I was hoping it was a direct bolt in and didn't stick out much but it looks like that's not the case. It also looks like it uses a different cable to go from the changer to the radio. Sourcing both the changer and cable on ebay seems to be in the $200 range. I wanted to add an RB1 and use this for aux but it looks like I may just stick to my REV radio which has AUX built-in and doesn't require any modificationCaraudioholic24 wrote:I had this setup in my car for a little while.
