It was just the shell with the glass and doors. Interior was stripped and sold. He parted out as much as he could, and it was a week away from going to the scrapper. I hopefully will get a suspension under it, so I can get it to my current residence once things warm up, and the road salt gets washed away... It's been sitting out for far too long. :/

Does anybody by chance have their stock intake manifold off and are willing to give me some dimensions of the flange?

You've posted in the wrong thread for that question.

The Canada vin search link doesn’t work anymore. Just scored an ‘02 in almost perfect condition with under 100k in western wa, how do you find the production number now by using the vin?

Updated.

There really wasn't any order to production sequence and the last six of the VIN. No real way to know what number off the line it was.

Is it a 2002 as in your signature?

I put in 2001 for now...

It’s definitely a late 2001 manufacture date - but on the UK registration documents it is a 2002. It must have taken that long to export it and get it registered in the United Kingdom at the time!

Probably a 2002 model year.

Is there any sort of emissions sticker under the hood? That would confirm that it is compliant with either 2001 or 2002 model year emissions. (based off the assumption that the hood is the original)

Also if the 10th digit in the VIN is a "1" it is 2001, a "2" it is 2002.

Exapmle: 1C3EVM6FX2D191919

Late 2001 is a 2002.

In the US, almost anything built after September is the next year model year. Sometimes as early as June or July if a manufacturer wants to push the latest and greatest.

I think my old 04 was an August 2003. Jerry would have to confirm.

September 2001 = 2002 model year.
