New in Texas
Just thought I'd check in....I've just purchased an '01 Neon w/ 70k on it. Got it as a "gas saver work and back" type of vehicle. I've always owned Camaros and TransAms so this will be my first experience in the 4 cylinder world.
Got a really good deal on it because the previous owner claimed the tranny was going out and it didn't have any get up and go and thought the engine was shot. I drove it home hooked up the shift linkage cable and repaired the factory bellows between the TB and intake (all those little rings were down at one end causing it to collapse under ANY throttle at all) and presto changeo just like new.
