Holy wheel gap, Batman! :D (Did I steal that quote from someone on here?)

Looks awesome other than the ride height! Nice work!

Let me know when you sell those wheels - I want 'em.

i dont think u would want the wheels....they are badly curbed... and yes i hate the wheel gap too, but you should see how steep my driveway is and youll see that the wheelgap helps.

I'm guessing maybe some people might think it's your moms car? I dunno, maybe some of us just find it wierd that you were able to put all that work into a car when you can't even drive yet, and assuming you don't have a full time job? I worked on cars before I could drive, but never to that extent.

And you might want to do something about your sig quote. Its bringing back memories of Robbi86 with his "young but knowledgeable" thread. Frankly, that will make you more of a target than your age for people like me who are assholes.

Also, what the hell is an SST? Something you made up, or something the dealer made up to sell you/ your mom a car?

Well that answers some of the questions.. Half his mods if not all came with the car...
The Neon SST includes ground effects, a rear spoiler, TSW 17 inch wheels and Toyo tires, carbon fiber accents (including the dash, doorsills, and logos), dual exhausts with chrome tips, clear "tuner lights" in the back, and embroidered floor mats. Sirius satellite radio and vinyl seat covers are optional.
I find out something new every day....

How many of these things did they make... Not too many according to that article.
The program seems to have been abandoned after 2003, and some people at Chrysler customer service appear to not have heard of it.

My first post regarding his age, etc was before I read about the SST package. So I guess the posts sort of contradict themselves. Nevermind what I said about doing all that work, it looks like Chrysler did the work for you. Seems like a neat package except for the tiny wheels and big wheel gap and the "tuner" taillights.

Anonymous, are there any badges on the car, is there production number on the car.. Trying to find out haw many of these things they made..

I guess they're just made to look tiny because of the wheel gap, as has been stated a bunch before. I can't say anything, they put my stock turd-ass 15" SXT wheels to shame.

I didnt try, Im naturally an ass. Proven by the fact that you quoted and commented directly to me. And as far as looking shit up before I comment. Nah. Ill go ahead and comment first. If Im wrong, Im wrong. That does happen once in a while. Seems I missed a "packaged" neon. Eh, just another over priced ugly neon. Ranks right up there with the SRT-style shit. But in general, it entertains me more this way.

As they all will tell you. Just let it go. Plenty of people (like myself) think you have a good looking neon, and I would take pride in the fact that you own a 'RARE' package type in an SST. Personally that's the first time I have even heard of it! So, just look past certain people...whoever they may be to YOU. After you do that you will be ok. Don't freak about it, and you'll be fine.

Ok guys......lets get back on topic and comment about the kids car. Enough of the flame wars.......I'll admit that I questioned this vehicle at first but after finding out about the SST package......it makes a little more sence.....
