i believe this was covered somewhere, and it was determined that it would be difficult because the mounting locations are different.

but maybe im not remembering it correctly.

yeah, to much work man. You would be better off picking up an old GSX or TSI and use that than to swap in the Caliber motor/drivetrain.

I heard the AWD is having problems because they designed it off the RT model. Once swapped to the turbo SRT model they ran into issues. I heard this from people driving the test mules in Detroit

At least they're not making yellow ones. I think there might only be like 12 yellow Neon SRT-4's left on the street since all the morons wrecked their yellow ones. Ask dblsg and anyone else that got Neon SRT-4 parts for their cars... They were yellow.

from what i heard the R/T will be the only one of the two offering AWD. th SRT will be FWD only. but i guess that could change. also read on the net that they were having some bad issues with the SRT4 alltogether. guess we will see.
maybe its like the new guns n roses album... as much as its talked about it will never actually be released.

That's kinda weird. I don't like what they are doing with the Nitro either. The SXT gets a 6 speed manual but the R/T doesn't???
