i took some pics for those who can't understand the directions
keep in mind that this is MY way of renoval/installation, and if you wreck anything (which you godda be an idiot to do when doin it this way) i'm not responsable
REAR
first i renoved the TORX screws on either side
then remove the two push-in retainers underneith
then pull the splash shield towards the wheel and remove the 3 nuts on either side (10MM, i use an air ratchet cause with a regular ratchet or gear wrench it takes forever)
then remove the four PHILLIPS screws along the top and off it comes
BE SURE TO REMOVE THE LISENCE PLATE LIGHT (YOU MIGHT RIP IT OFF OTHERWISE)
my kit is already installed so i don't have pics of this part but here...
-look very carefully for the "X" marks, drill an 1/8" hole at all of those (i think 14 in total)
-DCX says then to drill a 5/16" hole but i found that a 1/4" suits me better (that's 1/16" smaller for those who have troubles with math)
-if your kit is pre-painted don't bother with the next part
---if your kit is just primer either take it to a professional, or refer to my painting How-To
http://forum.2gn.org/viewtopic.php?t=19876
-if you want to black out the center piece like me, i recommend a "TRIM BLACK", it's a flat black that doesn't require a clear coat
-insert the studs into the lip (small side in)
-install the filler/support piece
-peel back the the plastic on the adhesive and put the lip on
-use a rubber roller to get a good pressure (you can pick one up at your friendly neighborhood hardware store)
REVERSE REMOVAL FOR INSTALL
FRONT
again start with removing the TORX screws
then the 8MM screws along the bottom ( i had 3, DCX said there should be 5, but whatever)
the headlights and 3 screws on the top (all 8MM, lets you get to the nuts in the next step easier)
then the 3 nuts on each side (10MM) and off it comes
REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS AS NOT TO RIP THEM OFF
again, my kit is already installed so i don't have pics of this part but here...
-look very carefully for the "X" marks, drill an 1/8" hole at all of those
-DCX says then to drill a 5/16" hole but i found that a 1/4" suits me better (9 in total)
-DCX says to black out a spot, i used black vinal
-peel back the the plastic on the adhesive and put the lip on
-use a rubber roller to get a good pressure
REVERSE REMOVAL FOR INSTALL
as far as side skirts go, i don't have them (YET), i'll update when i get them
and just an FYI, don't bitch about the pics, due to the fact that they're all taken with a cell phone
