The Neon possibly has some new wheels in its future, just waiting for an order confirmation.

That was going to be my suggestion other than lowering it. :)

I 2nd the lower first before you get rims thing. Looks goofy w/ out a drop beforehand. I rolled around like that for a while  plus a drop is cheaper :)

Both cars look very nice though!! The civic looks like its in great shape. does it have any mods?

The civic has a small fart can on it, its pretty quiet so he doesn't mind it. It's lowered on some kind of coilovers, we're guessing cheapies off of ebay, even though it rides very nice. The wheels are rota's with brand new kumho tires. It also has a light window tint. The motor is all stock d series and interior is very clean and stock as well. It's a 99 with 60thousand miles!

The neon will be dropped, eventually. My dad doesn't want me to f*ck it up, and says the only way he'd go for it is if a professional shop did it. The only problem is that going that route basically rapes your checkbook. So my mission this summer will be to find a shop that does it cheap and lets me choose the brand of springs. (certain shops around here only install springs they carry) Once i start working next week, some money will be put towards this endeavor.
