Edgewater Park - Cleveland, OH Mini Meet (Death2CableModem?)
Got home about 2 hours ago from a mini-meet at Edgewater Park in Cleveland... It was bigjim, Ifixyawata, kicknaoffroad, and me that showed up and we had a great time! (At least I did. )
We got to the park, tried to get the grill started , hung out, talked, ate some food, and snapped some pics. Afterwards, we cruised over to Willoughby where they were having an annual classic car show and drooled over some classic muscle.
Anyways, it was a great time, I got fairly burnt and I got some pretty good pictures. I'm sure Brian and Henry will post their pics up as soon as they get them dumped off their digi-cams.
Here's my collection from today:
Nice rolling shot of my car...
Rolling shot of bigjim's car with wife and little girl.
Shortly after Jim and I arrived... Waiting for Brian and Henry. Also note the "Sizzler" brand charcoal. NOTE: Never buy this brand of charcoal.
Brian arrived!
First attempt at lighting the grill...
Second attempt...
Third attempt... This time he called for help.
Some weird nigerian family (or something) decided to start our fire with pine cones! Hey, it worked.
Pine cones burning!
Henry arrived with his SRT-D!
Another group shot!
Yet another group shot with the Nigerian family's van.
Jim's car... (bigjim)
Mine...
Brian's car... (Ifixyawata)
Henry's car... (kicknaoffroad)
Hanging out...
On our way to Willoughby...

Yeah, it's my LED dash light for the fire department. I was wondering how long it was going to take before someone asked that question.GTS wrote:What the heck is that on your front window looks like those suction cup mounted cop lights ...
BTW, the lights are actually red and white, the bright LED just makes it look considerably "blue-er."
Hey, Brian... I usually just use the Windows Movie Maker and make it a smaller, lesser quality. If you still need help, let me know or call my cell.

I'm running Win2k on this machine that's 7 years newer... Movie Maker FTL.
Well... PS keeps crashing and I've gotten none of 'em resized yet, so I'll have 'em up tomorrow.

And thanks, man. It was a lot of fun and we'll be having at least one more small meet before Summer is over. That was quite a bit of fun. I don't think we should have it in Cleveland next time, though... Especially if no one West of Cleveland is coming.
Yeah, I was a little concerned on Rt. 2... Wasn't as bad on the way back, though, luckily.

I tried guys. I really did. I had a driver, but at the last minute she was still stuck in PA? Yeeahhh. So my friend and I WALKED to super summit.
Awesome no license fun.
I will try and come to the next one. Problem is, my best friend can't drive stick
And holy crap my car would have looked gay with all your cars. Seriously. I managed to get the front Kazeras on saturday morning in anticipation of driving up there and then I couldn't go.
Oh well. All my springs are now on and the Miata is back in service also
MOAR PICS!
