I've been meaning to get around to making one but I always get caught up in something else pulling me away from it.

My thoughts exactly which is why it's not really high on my priority list.MoxHair wrote:yea.. cause we need a myspace page when we have a whole website.
There is a 2GN.org group out there, I don't have a link right now but if you search for it you can find it.

I used to think exactly the same way, however, I have since learned that social networking sites can actually push traffic to your main website. It generally boils down to the increased exposure.Diablo0 wrote:My thoughts exactly which is why it's not really high on my priority list.MoxHair wrote:yea.. cause we need a myspace page when we have a whole website.

true but not all exposure is good exposure. I could see that to an extent. However...remember, there is no such thing as bad publicity/exposure.KrackstaR wrote:true but not all exposure is good exposure. That was going to be my comment. Yeah, exposure is good, I won't deny that but we don't want to attrack the wrong set of people to bring in trolls. It makes life harder on here weeding out the people just here to cause trouble. Once that happens the normal users get upset, people start leaving and new people are afraid to join after seeing what's happening. I'd rather it not go there. I like the "word of mounth" approach since it makes the forum more of a tight nit community.KrackstaR wrote:true but not all exposure is good exposure.
