Thanks man. eh, they weren't my favorite, and once the drivers side one started to come off I wasn't gonna get some 3M tape to fix it, so I ripped them off. I think it cleans it up. I have the silverstones that will be going on it, just waiting for money to get them powder coated. I also have a set of srt-4s that I am gonna sell instead.

welll yeah I saw that too haha. it's just that my chop is the fail. They're supposed to be silver metallic just like stock, but the lighting in the pic of glasswars that I stole it looked bronze. However do you think something would look better than the silver metallic??

well, as it says, i got my srt spoiler and put it on yesterday... when i got it, it was COVERED in thick white overspray that I could not get off! I tried all sorts of stuff, but ended up using 1000 grit sandpaper to get it off. It looks 100 times better, but i ran out of time and still need to buff it out some more. Unfortunately, I left my camera at school and didnt get any pics yet.. I think it looks good, but I'm sure I'll be getting flamed for it soon enough!

A few pics finally of my srt-4 spoiler installed. It was in between rain so I'm sorry about the crappy pics
Let me know what you think!
I got my folding mirrors and Prothane bushing kit, so hopefully the mirrors will go on soon! I also just bought a trunk lid carpet from a fellow member here. That will be nice to have

Thanks Crystal! I really like it too.... It's a LOT easier to see behind me now lol.
Lately I've been torn on the tail lights. With the current state of the car, I'm not sure if they look out of place or not?? Idk maybe I'll wait until the Silverstones and either Stage 1's or Hotchkis drop springs are on to make that call.

Interesting, despite it not bein a SRT it does pull off the SRT wing. I do like it however. There is only 1 thing I say would be different would be cuttin the grilles outta the bumper and goin back over it with mesh.

Crystal - Yeah that was the reason I went with them to begin with. I had planned on the whole Silver/black them and thought it would look nice, however at stock height and stock wheels, it kinda seems ricy to me now. I dunno. I'll have to wait til that's taken care of to make my decision. They stay for now.
Measy - Thanks man, I appreciate it. I think it looks pretty good on there. It needs buffed out really badly though. It was covered in thick white overspray that wouldn't come off so I had to wet sand it with 2000 grit and some of the clear coat is still hazy from that. Good thing silver covers up blemishes well lol. BTW, I love the AVS on your car. If my car was spoiler-less I'd probably have gotten one of those.
Mopar4life - Thanks. Yeah I think it pulls it off well enough. I think the bumper seems like it should look nice with the openings cut out, but the fact of the matter is I don't like it. I think maybe with the vertical pieces blacked out it would look nice I'm going to be color matching the chrome grille bezels which should look nice. I found this Silver SXT similar to mine with the webbing cut out and it looks too open.

Also, I got my folding mirrors on today!!! But..... I left my camera at school and didn't get any pics. Oh well, we all know what they look like haha.

Good to know... What did you have. I wanted to go 35%... I really hate tint laws... they're ambiguous... nothing specifies a %. It just says the officer must be able to see through it, but that is up to their discretion. Also, what kind of bulbs are those in your fog lights??

I see what you mean there. It reminds me of the SRT bumper but alot smaller lol. I believe your idea would be great though. The cars with the Mopar lip all look cookie cutter in the front lol. I cant wait to see what you do on it. I do have a SRT-4 rear bumper you could buy for real cheap....sidepipe87 wrote:

What color is it, and where are you located? I'd love one, but my Thermal wouldn't line up with the cutouts.

Eh, too far to ship esp for one that isn't silver. Maybe some day down the line I'll do the swap, but I'm gonna rock the lip kit for now. Thanks though

I think shipping is only around 100 bucks though, I cant remember now. It'd have to be painted regardless, the scuff took alot of paint off it lol. Ill see if I can come up with some other parts. (which reminds me I need to make parts for sale list with all my spares from my SRT lmao)

Speaking of your usefulness, Dante... would you happen to know if I can still get a can of PS2 Bright Silver, and clear spray bombs at a dealer? Are these something they stock, or mix to order? Also, how much do they run?
PM me for your 00+ PCM SKIM/VIN flashing needs. Neon PCMs Plus
Yep, you can still get them. Part #4889428AA for the PS2 paint, and 4443632 for the clear coat...MSRP $8.90 each (expect to pay about $10-$11 from a local dealer though)
I'm glad I checked back to your thread to see this question In the future give me a PM with any questions you may have, or post a # request in the part # forum

If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

my tint was 20% front , 5% rears, and i tried to the whole " the office has to be able to see in to it deal" and he said "nope sorry sir, its 70% and ur tint is under according to my meter" (it registered 21% for front and 5% for rear)sidepipe87 wrote:Good to know... Sorry Dante, I was going to PM you, but I thought that this thread would pop up since you automatically got subscribed when you first replied haha. Oh well, duly noted.
silverneon - that's lame... we'll see. Maybe I'll just do the rears. And about the fogs, are you happy with them?
