The question is how many people still need to book a hotel for the meet?

My understanding is that the HW is now full for people wanting the entire weekend.

Post up if you still need to book and what days you are planning to book.

Please try to keep the clutter out of this, so if you have already booked then this thread is not for you.

my friend and I were looking also. Thursday - Sunday. i believe that we are booking at comfort inn next to Harrisburg west.

I just read this post, called HW and they told me they have 1 room for 1 night left, no other rooms available....
I need to get a room reserved myself for Thursday to Monday.....

Note - just got off the phone with HW, I got the last room

I called them to see if I reserved a room last year and all the information they had from everyone last year is now gone. So the store manager told the associate about a kind of available room, which is now reserved for me if someone cancels....

i have a room for thursday til sunday i think..i reserved it a while ago..so ill have to check to make sure..but im not sure if i have a room mate yet so if anyone needs to split a room i have one!! ( just as long as you dont kill me while im sleeping) lol

It looks like everyone's best bet is to check out the Motel 6 at a rate of $49.99.

Gramps has stayed here the last couple years.

You can stay at the Comfort Inn right next to the HW and Rodeway but it's $130/night.

I dont know how many of yall are outdoorsey kinda people but me and my dad camp at the fairgrounds and is only like 30 or 40 i think for the whole weekend and its right on the back side of the hill we park on coming down the other side of the hill from the trucks. there are a lot of people who camp with campers but we are one of the few that pitch a tent and have a great weekend. just a thought to throw out there for ya.

I got 3 nights at the Sleep Inn for a discounted $39/night. But I don't know how many rooms they have left. I also don't care if I stay "with the group" so to speak.

the hotel is the official 2gn hotel! We should make them a plaque for the front office so when people come in for a room they can see it behind the tranny at the counter and feel better about getting a room there
