It does look better with the Engine Ice in there. Glad to hear they got that stuff out to you finally.

You may want to paint your P/S cap. That yellow is taking away from your clean engine bay.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

I have a blue anodized cover for it, but it fits an srt cap. So I am trying to get ahold of one.

Ordered a new neo blue led light from streetglow, so I can show off the front of the sub box better at night. I will try to get a video of them all going with the bass, if anyone is interested in seeing it. I have the sub box, front and back and the leds on the killerglass to go with the bass. I bought a streetglow module to hook it all to so it is done right. That and so I can switch the lights to stay on if I want. And there is only power to the lights when the trunk is open.

Got the light today and installed it in about 20 minutes, give or take. Depending on whether or not I had to stop to check on the twins.
Good time to do that stuff is when they are sleeping. :D Now to get that video of them all pulsing.

Got the blue anodized cap for the washer reservior today. Apparently FedEx delivered it to another house in the neighborhood and the lady that lives there called me about it. :) Have to like good neighbors like that. Now to find that 6 sided srt-4 power steering cap I need. The washer cap is a direct replacement. All the others are covers for the original caps.

Found the srt power steering cap. Thank you Travis aka slickneon19. Can't wait to put on the blue anodized cap on it and finish the dress up on the engine.

Thanks!
The blue anodized cap ran me about 40. I will definitly get an installed pic of it along with a new engine pic when I get the power steering cap with that on it installed. :D If you get one of the billet caps or whatever else they have. Get it directly from Billet Technology
http://www.custombilletstore.com/category_s/31.htm

For the coolant overflow cap. I had to trim the original one until it fit into the new cover. I got the larger of the caps so I could do it that way.

I am thinking of removing the chrome pieces around the grill.

Removing them and leaving them off looks like ass, IMO.

I am thinking about putting new exhaust tips on my car when I get it lowered, so I will have less worry about scraping my driveway pulling in and out. Thoughts about these ones.

Here are some pics of the subs in the trunk along with the etched plexiglass ram.
First is the plexiglass with the rams head etched into it.

What it looks like with the leds on.

Fronts with the speakers grills painted the same Deep Water Blue Pearl.

And a not so good pic of the neon light shining on the grills.

I also have leds under the front seats for when I show it off at night.

Not yet! Plans are to get it painted Deep Water Blue Pearl when it comes time to paint it. Right now it is the stock black. I am kind of going with a black and blue dog theme. Inside is going to stay the stock black with a few minor parts painted and then the exterior will be painted the dwbp. I am also going to have the seats embroidered with the dog paw like the front badge.

Trying to pull the rear fascia up because of gaps and I can't get the last of it done. I have a little bit of a gap left. Do I have to take the tail lights out to get to another nut to tighten? Oh... and while I was underneath tightening nuts, I happened to find that the drivers side was involved in what was probably a fender bender, probably happened before I got it.

Edit: I figured out what happened. The fascia wasn't pushed in when the nuts were tightened so it is not lined up right. Got the rear fascia lined up and tightened but I still have the gap.

Thinking about getting the valve cover painted also when the car gets painted. I will also have the fuse box & injector cover repainted, along with the transmission dipstick.

Thinking about moving my fog light switch from the area next to the fuse box to somewhere I can get to it when I am driving if needed. The way it is now I have to open the door open the fuse box door and then flick the switch. I bought some rocker switches, and I may put one on the outside on the lefthand side of the dash somewhere so I can get to it easier.

Why not just use the foglight MFS?

The fog light part of it is broken. So they wired it that way, which I kind of like. I am just looking to be able to switch them off or on easier. I use the fogs a lot around here so I don't want to have to keep replacing the switch when it burns out.

So rigging it instead of fixing it properly is the answer? Not a very good one, IMO.

As I believe that part keeps breaking if the fogs are on longer than normal which mine usually are. So they are rigged that way so I can run them longer. It has worked so far and it is going on 2 years now.

And what, pray tell, is considered "normal"? I know LSP uses her lights all the time and has had only one MFS break in 100Kish miles... so I highly doubt your information is correct. Sounds like someone didn't want to do the work so they hacked on your car.

I'm a little confused as to what you classify as 'normal' also. I drive with my fog lights on every time I use my headlights and haven't had a problem. While I understand it'd be easier to just throw a toggle switch in, it would give you the same ease and functionality (not to mention cleaner) to wire it to the MFS.

Apparently this is going to turn into a discussion that isn't going to turn out that great, so I am squashing it right here. Forget I even mentioned doing it. :tardbang:
