LowNSlow's 1999 Acura Integra

Post by LowNSlow » Mon Nov 28, 2011 3:29 pm

Image

Everyone was asking me what I was replacing my Tacoma with...

I found a 99 Integra GS (LS motor w/ other factory options), it's a one owner vehicle and when I checked it out, was MINT. No dents/dings/scratches/etc...

100% stock (very hard to find hondas/acuras stock) and all maintenance paper work on hand.

Scooped it up for $3300.

Forest Green with tan leather interior, p/w, p/l, sunroof, 5 speed.

Always regretted selling the old Teg... now I have a new one.

Not bad  Didn't you get a truck because you needed one though?
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Sounds like a great deal. Quick question, what is the difference between the motors in the GS and the GSR?

Nope, it was just nice to have one with good gas mileage... if it wasn't a half ass repaired truck, I might have kept it. (who are we kidding, I wouldn't)
FAC3L3SS wrote:Jelly! 98-01 USDM front > JDM front
I love both... a really clean well done USDM front looks good. It's almost like you see more JDM front tegs posted online rather than USDM ones.

Yea, it's the only car that gave me no issues and looked so nice. Other than my teg, I miss my Cobra a lot but I can't say it was problem free.

Uhh... I don't know...don't want to count.

Vehicles in total for the past 6 years or so... it'd be around 36ish.

Suppose to pick the car up Wednesday...will try to get good pics this week.

They actually are pretty reliable

my buddy had an EF hatch and the body had 600km++ on it and almost no rust on the body and underneath was pretty fucking clean (for a car driven in salty canadian winters)

Just added up all the receipts he gave me for the car... he paid to have all maintenance done.

Everything has been replaced...cept the actual motor itself.

headgasket, timing belt, water pump, plugs, wires, a/c compressor, radiator, p/s pump, etc....

$15,800 in receipts!

Usually ill say i hate hondas...what i dont say in details....is i hate honda kids...who think they are fast with the fart cans and can beat anything.

What i love about hondas, you can beat the crap out of those cars and they still run. I think they have a really nice reliable engine and if its a clean ride, then your not a honda kid.

Very nice find, A+
