How can i take off the shifting cable???

How can i take off the shifting cable???

I am stuck, i am trying to drop my ATX but the shifting cable wont come off, any ideas???

Maybe not the best way to do it, but I slipped an open end crescent underneath and hit it with a hammer.

if that yellow/orange bushing breaks, could it purchased?
