hey

just wanted to show some new pics of my car:

Before

Some parts

stripped the interior,removed the mildew and cleaned

finally got a trunk carpet thanks to the german neon forum

got the car lowered and srt rims

edit:just to show the current mileage on the car and why german highways rule

sorry for the bad quality on some of the pics,didn t realize that there was some kind of film on the lens

still looking for a new grill and the chrome pieces but no luck yet.

hope to be more active on here now that i have a little more time

Did you paint your headliner while it was still in the car or something?

thanks,no i took it out and painted it.i also painted the ring around the dome light black and nightshaded the dome light.i know not the best job but will redo it soon.

@whitesrt69:I can t put bigger tires on it because i don t have srt struts.

@caraudioholic24 and faithtomove:i currently live in germany so shipping will be bad but you could still let me know.

also i am just trying to keep the car clean and running until i move back to the states,where i don t have to pay a arm and a leg for shipping.

just a few more new pics

new tailights

trunk carpet

and finally all the parts for the front

and 2 from the side

i know nothing special but finally all parts for the outside.

also i have to try and polish out a few scratches from the back bumper because some idiot slighty hit me from the back while parked in a parking lot and took off

for right now i m done with the outside.next on my list is basic maintenance.

not a fan of the taillights
but do love that color on neons

Like the tails but would tint them, would deffinatly tint the windows and u didnt cover your plates up top LOL

can t decide if i should tint my windows because i m not really sure about the laws in chicago.(will be moving to chicago soon).

i wonder how it would look if i tinted the tails.i think i saw a pic once but can t remember where.

wow havent updated this in over a year.

Few things have changed.

Installed :

-Bc coilovers
-currently installing prothane master bushing kit
-black version 2 spyder headlights
-matching fog lights
-smoked side markers
-new dual muffler
-black grill

and after (still messing around with settings)

thats it for now until i finish the install off bushing kit.more pics to follow

looking good. how you liking the ride with the BCs? Also which version did you pick up? 00-05 or 03-05 SRT variants, with or without rear camber plates? Great work so far and keep it up

Thanks.I got the srt ones without the rear camber plates.The ride is great,firm but still comfy.also the car feels a lot sportier.

unleashedcc: No i haven´t moved to chicago yet.

Wanted to move to chicago a few months ago,however personal problems with the family came in between and hope to be there in the next 2-3 months. how do you like chicago??

Chicago is really nice man. I stay on the north side, right next to the lake. The great thing is, since public transportation is good here I don't have to drive the car so I put about 5 miles a month on the srt.
