I am going to bet [LPG,LNJ] is front and rear fogs. I would see if the 5019571AA pn is still available, as it is cheaper, and is for '01/'02, not that the '04/'05 MFS wouldn't work.

So to me, it looks like they gave you a front fog only pn. PN '46AB does not specify export in the parts either.

For 2001/2002 year specific, yes. Is it still a good PN? IDK, it still comes up online.

These seem to be the correct part numbers as best as I can tell.

5019571AA

5073047AB

The 2003 number may also work, IDK what is up with the parts not showing the wiper switch as separate tho. Heck if you get both for that price, it would be a bargain.

Not sure how they could mess up with your VIN, unless the dealer for some reason added the rear fogs/fascia. It may not then show up in the VIN.

Maybe contact a U.S. parts person to see if they can verify the pn's as both front and rear fog.

IDK your VIN, but here is a link for an online dealer..

if it has been superseded, you are pretty much stuck with the newer version.

resurrecting an old topic. is there a different pigtail part number for the export mfs switch vs the us version? and how do i differentiate between left hand and right hand drive neons or are the turn signal switches on the same side on both?

i'm planning on installing a rear fog light led in the clk taillights for the 2003 but i want to put a separate turn signal in there as well. would be alot easier to do with the correct mfs so it all looks factory. any help is appreciated. thanks.

the Part number for the MFS for RHD and LHD are the same so the turn signals are always on the left of the steering wheel, i think this is always the case except for some strange cars i've seen (such a Suzuki grand-vitara and hyundai coupe which have turn signals on the right)

also the 20-pin connector is the same on all vehicles and the pinouts are the same, although im not sure if the wiring loom would be the same, or if the wires for front/rear fogs, on vehicles which are not equipped with such, would be omitted?

yea those are things i need to figure out because if i swap this i want to make sure i'm using the correct wires. i dont like half assing wiring and i'd rather it all look factory. i also need to track down an r/t or srt canadian cluster because i want the drls on my 02 but i want to make sure its in mph not kph.
