I would just wait for the BC's
no headache of pulling apart struts+springs and getting a new alignment... just to do it all over again when you get the BC's

Not anymore... The price of Tokicos is outrageous now. I was damn close to coilover pricing when I built a complete lowering setup with tokicos and springs this past fall.
OP that looks good. Did you use Metalcast?

$40 R/T springs on stock struts won't last you long. Factor in a not so fun install and then having to get the car aligned.
Do it right the first time.

Finally got around to doing some lil things to the car. I bought & installed some 3way 6x9's so I have music in the rear will be installing e-brake rebuild kit(srt rear swap) an putting new parking shoes in. Also made it to the local junkyard an scored some trunk springs so I don't need to carry a 2x4 anymore lol. Gonna paint the calipers aswell. Need to get a rivet gun so I can install the hood struts.
I have made up my mind on suspension. Will keep quite about it til it's done. Will be sweet.
Ordered a custom catch can. Will be painting it purple like the strut bar.

I think that's just for the struts, not with springs as it shows. They used to only be around $300 or lower before the tsunami. I bought my first set for $200 in '09

well look as though i might be picking up a durango off a buddy. if that goes thru, im gonna turn the car into a full auto-x/road coarse racer. wont be the fastest nor the prettiest BUT will be fun to beat on during the weekends. Will keep yall updated. Still waitin on the solid motor mounts. If i get the durango ill be selling my SRT viper seats & eventually parting ways with the rims for a lighter more practical setup
