The door jabs and trunk well is gonna have to wait. I leave on Sunday so this paint job is rushed. The door jab imma just paint another day when I have time off. Same with the bumpers and the hood.

Not sure if you installed the lugs all the way in your pass. rear wheel. Look to be sticking out.
Why were you in such a rush to get your car painted? Not something to get rushed IMO. Are you happy with the way it turned out? Looks kind of patchy. The door jabs and trunk well is gonna have to wait. I leave on Sunday so this paint job is rushed. The door jab imma just paint another day when I have time off. Yeah the that was a pic of the old lugs lol. The main reason the job was rushed is becuz I had limited time with the spray booth. Plus it was my first time ever painting a whole car. It was more of an learning experience. I wasn't initially happy with the first spray, it had run spots everywhere. So I resanded it did a second coat and is still waiting to find time to buff it. My schedule is packed between being in the air force and be a mechanic on the side. So anytime I get off I have to be pushing my car's needs to the side.MyNeonSaysHi wrote:Not sure if you installed the lugs all the way in your pass. rear wheel. I was gona say the car kinda looks flat, but now I know why. I've been doing cars for over 12 years now and painting them is still something I leave to a pro. Like the lugs though.

Big Turbo Prep
Have not been on for a while. But here we go. Got a aem wideband, godspeed log manifold, 50 trim and dsp intune. Also went and got a 3 inch side exit. Prepping for big turbo install this winter.
Getting the bung for the o2 sensor weldined in.
Installed and ready to go.
The turbo and the manifold without any hardware.
My intune. Sorry about the flash.
I still got to get hardpipe with bov, oil feed lines, wastegate, dumptube, and big turbo o2 housing. Coming along slowly, but surely. Ill try to keep you updated.

New Rims!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got some 16" BBS rx 's. Yes acr rims. The last owner painted them red. Imma strip the paint, sand them smooth and fix any curb rash. I'm painting them black just like my srt stockers. The tires are 205 55 r16. They are bigger in circumferance then my current wheels. Its gonna fill up my wheel wells with the drop springs. Can't wait to paint them and put them on.

Yeah. These rims are bbs rx gen II. They came of a jetta wolfsburg. These are the one with the detachable hub to lip assembly. The ones on the acr are gen I. They are both 16x7 and look exactly the same minus the key heads. Either way can't wait to get them on.

BBS RX2's are 16 x 6.5, and the lip is rounded vs flat. Still a great rim though, like I said before I love themH3LL_RaYzA wrote:ThatKevin wrote:Almost bought a set of these myself! Love the wheels, not liking the red or future black though :p
