Took some crappy pics last night in a parking garage while I was trying to help Purpose fix his car. We weren't sure what the issue was until we popped the valve cover. He had recently invented a 2-piece exhaust cam he'll be marketing soon I'm sure.

Anyway, pics. These were taken with my iPhone4 with HDR mode on.

Purpose is fixing something here in this picture on the car he borrowed.

"High dynamic range" imaging. Whatever, sometimes it looks cool lol.

My wife was in the hospital a last week getting a kidney stone removed, so what do I do? Take pics on the roof of the parking garage. Car was dirty, I haven't washed it in a while, there's some greasy fingerprints on the fender. Doesn't matter really, the paint is fucked up.

Wow, he did too? No, purpose is ghost neon on here I think. He broke a 420a exhaust cam he had as a neon intake cam (it works, just 7 degrees off).

Jerry, I just spent a while reading your project log for the nyg, sucks to see the motor didn't work out for you.

When i heard i could get it back (before you bought it) i was a little apprehensive about how many hands it went through and couldn't justify spending the cash.

Thanks man! And I understand, it happens. In the end, I could have rebuilt it but I needed the car to be my daily driver at that point so I did what I had to. I still have the head, but not the springs or the valves or the cam. I do plan on doing a rebuild of some sort later on but not anytime soon.
