Cut r/t holes in mopar rear lip

Idk if you can tell by pic or not my rear lip is not cut for the r/t exhaust. I was thinking about taking an air file and cutting them out till I noticed in the instructions it shows the lines cut on the back side. So what would be the best air file or razor blade? I was thinking a sharp blade and a few passes should give the best results ! What y'all think?

When I did this a few years ago I used a utility knife and cut it as best round as I could and used sand paper to smooth the edges a bit. Pretty simply and can be done quick and clean.

I failed at razor knife. I was gonna do a dremmel next time I have to make cuts in bumper covers.

Very easy. Don't have to put much effort into cutting through the plastic. And if you don't have a dremel, get one... It is an awesome tool to have.

I have one and could use it. I just hate the stupid cut off wheels they always seem to break faster than they cut! Guess that be on my list of stuff to do tomorrow

Well if you have to use the wheel, Dremel does sell a diamond coated steel wheel for ~$25. Yes it is expensive, but unless you go stupid on it, it will be the last one you buy.

I would use one of the carbide bits over a wheel for that tho.

I used a wheel at a low speed to outline the cut then cut it with razor knife to finish the cut. It come out good I only had to sand a few spots with a barrel bit.
