theyre off eBay, the original ones eventually all fell off and found these ones from a dodge caravan or something, just searched for dodge centre cap and found some with the same attaching clips and 2" diameter :)

just to add i got black nuts for these too :lol:

There are spray-on coatings that allow you to properly attract powder, but usually the limiting factor is the melting point of most common plastics in a bale cycle.
